Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Send

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
